Earn Rewards for Every Successful Referral

At American Health & Safety, we value referrals and want to reward those who help grow our community. If you refer a new client who purchases a training course, a course package, or a partnership account, you will receive a gift card as a thank-you.

1. How It Works

  1. Refer a Client
    • Tell businesses, colleagues, or industry professionals about our training courses.
    • Provide their details by emailing info@americanhealthandsafety.com with the subject line: “Referral Submission – [Your Name]”
  2. Client Purchases a Course or Package
    • Your referred client must book and complete payment for their training.
  3. Receive Your Reward
    • Once the sale is final (no cancellations or refunds), you will receive a gift card based on the sale type within 30 business days.

2. Referral Reward Structure

The reward amount is determined by the type of course or package purchased:

  • Course Packages (multi-course enrollments or corporate training packages): $100 gift card
  • Individual Open Enrollment Courses: $25 gift card
  • Partnership Accounts: $200 gift card

Gift Cards Compound for the Initial Sale Only
If a referred client purchases multiple courses or packages in their first sale, rewards will be stacked accordingly. However, any future purchases made by that client after the initial transaction will not qualify for additional referral rewards.

Example Payout Scenario:

If a referred client purchases:

  • Three Course Packages ($100 x 3) = $300
  • One Partnership Account ($200) = $200

Total referral reward = $500 gift card

If the same client later makes additional purchases, those sales will not be eligible for referral rewards.

4. Referral Program Rules & Eligibility

  • New Clients Only – The referral must be a first-time customer of American Health & Safety.
  • Final Sale Requirement – The referred client must fully pay for their course, package, or partnership before the reward is issued.
  • No Self-Referrals – You cannot refer yourself or your own company if you are the decision-maker.
  • First Come, First Serve – If multiple people refer the same client, the reward goes to the first person who submitted the referral.
  • No Limits – You can refer as many clients as you like and earn multiple rewards for initial purchases.

5. Reward Payment Terms

  • The gift card will be sent electronically or physically within 30 business days after the referred client has completed payment.
  • The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as credit toward future purchases.
  • If the referred client cancels their purchase or receives a refund, the referral reward is voided.

6. Legal & Compliance Considerations

  • Tax Reporting – If you earn $600 or more per year in referral rewards, you may need to complete a W-9 form and receive a 1099-NEC for tax reporting.
  • No Conflicts of Interest – This program cannot be used to refer government agencies or businesses where a conflict of interest exists (e.g., OSHA inspectors, regulatory auditors).
  • Program Changes – American Health & Safety reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
